As a result of validation from independent labs that high pressure processing (HPP), the technology utilized by Harvest Soul to achieve its "Fressurized™" difference, is successful in protecting vitamin, nutrient and enzyme levels while destroying unhealthy bacteria and microorganisms, the GDA moved quickly toward permitting the organic juices.
