The largest LED packaging service provider Everlight Electronics posted consolidated revenues of NT$2.859 billion (US$95.3 million) for August 2014, its highest monthly figure on record, with growth of 9.43% on month and 18.61% on year, and NT$19.390 billion for January-August, increasing 24.95% on year.
Epistar, the largest LED epitaxial wafer and chip maker, has reported consolidated revenues of NT$2.575 billion for August, down 7.57% on month, but up 30.6% on year, and NT$19.728 billion for January-August, up 38.15%, according to the company.
