Technical laminates and protective packaging materials producer Walki Group has announced the opening of a new sales office in Moscow,Russia,in an attempt to gain foothold in fast-growing Russian and Commonwealth of Independent States(CIS)markets.
According to the company,the new Russian office offers whole range of Walki's products to the customers.
Walki Group chief executive officer Leif Frilund said opening a sales office in Russia was a key step for the company in building partnership with its key customers in the regions.
The company sees growth in the region especially for its packaging materials and insulation facings.
In May 2012,the group opened a new manufacturing facility in Svetogorsk,Russia.
