Eggland's Best has expanded its product range with the introduction of new line of convenient liquid eggs.
The new products are made with whole, real Eggland's Best eggs to help consumers enjoy the better taste and nutrition of Eggland's Best eggs in even more ways.
The Eggland's Best liquid egg line is available in three varieties and is made with farm-fresh Eggland's Best eggs, which come from hens fed a premium, all-vegetarian diet:
* "Cracked & Ready" variety delivers the same great taste and nutrition as Eggland's Best shell eggs. The cracking has just been done already, as each 16 oz. carton is equivalent to 10 large Eggland's Best eggs. The convenience of this variety is especially helpful for all cooking and baking needs in the kitchen.
* "Scrambled Eggs" variety combines Eggland's Best eggs with just the right amount of buttermilk to create light, fluffy and delicious eggs every time.
* "French Toast Batter" provides the perfect blend of sweetness and flavor with Eggland's Best eggs, vanilla and milk. Each 16 oz. carton includes enough batter for approximately 12 slices of French Toast, so you can create the classic favorite for the whole family in just minutes.
"We realized consumers were hungry for more ways to prepare Eggland's Best eggs and we are excited to introduce our new line of liquid eggs," said Charlie Lanktree, President and CEO of Eggland's Best. "At Eggland's Best, we have always been proud to provide consumers with the very best farm-fresh eggs and our new liquid egg varieties will be no different. We ensure our liquid egg mixes are made with the same Eggland's Best shell eggs consumers have come to depend on for taste, nutrition and quality."
Compared to ordinary eggs, Eggland's Best eggs contain 25 percent less saturated fat, four times more vitamin D, 10 times the vitamin E and twice the amount of omega-3 fatty acids. Plus, Eggland's Best eggs contain 38 percent more lutein and provide a good source of vitamins B2 (riboflavin), B5 and B12.
The Eggland's Best new line of liquid egg products are currently available in 16 oz. packages in select Midwest markets.
