About 13,680 Vehicles of Different Models Has Been Recalled by General Motors

General Motors has recalled about 13,680 vehicles of different models with diverse problems.

The recall effects 8,519 units of 2013 modeled Chevrolet Malibu sedans in the US, due to one or more rear suspension bolts that have not been tightened correctly, which could cause to loose the control of the vehicle and lead to crash.

The firm has also recalled 1,060 vehicles in Canada, Mexico and overseas.

Reacall also includes about 3,896 vehicles of Buick Verano, Chevy Camaro, Cruze and Sonic cars of 2012 model year in the US over the defective airbags, while recalling another 205 cars in Canada.

Front airbag of the cars may not work in case of accidents due to a shorting bar that may irregularly contact the airbag terminals and enhance the risk of injury.

Neither issue has resulted in any accidents or injuries, claims the automobile manufacturer.
