TomTom has partnered with the MSI Data to combine their Service Pro Field Service Management software with its Webfleet to provide better fleet service.
The combination of the services will be presented at the 2013 AHR Expo held at Dallas in the US during 28-29 January, which would allow the users to obtain the access to vehicle location and its travel time information in order to avoid late arrivals.
TomTom software alliance manager Matt Curtis said that for service businesses delivering on your promises is key.
"With a focus on getting the right technician to the right place quickly and safely, this integrated approach is a win for everyone," Curtis added.
The integrated application is expected to allow the user to calculate travel time data in real-time and use the 'fastest to arrive' service.
Earlier, TomTom had collaborated with LoJack to offer fleet telematics to operate their vehicle and/or heavy equipment fleets more profitably, while offering enahnced asset protection.
