Crawford-Tracey Corp. has been awarded the retrofit glazing package for the First Hospital Panamericano project in Cidra, Puerto Rico. The company will be the glazing contractor and curtain-wall supplier, and will work directly for Universal Health Services, Inc., according to a relase. This is the third project that Crawford-Tracey has been involved in with UHS.
Specifically, Crawford-Tracey will supply and install its Pro-Tech 7SG and Pro-Tech 45SG glazing products, both tested and approved for large missile impact with a water rating of 100 PSF. The project calls for the replacement of all the facilities' windows to provide for hurricane and security protection, and high water resistance. The project installation is expected to commence in March of 2013 and be complete by the end of July, according to a release.
