Merchants Insurance Group has selected Risk Control Technologies’ RC Inspection software to streamline its loss control operations.
The software will be delivered on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis, using cloud technologies to Merchants' team of in-house and vendor field loss control consultants to perform on-site surveys.

Merchants' field loss control staff will use software installed tablet devices for field data collection such as risk data, photos, recommendations and diagrams even in locations without mobile broadband connections.
The collected data will then be uploaded into a central database, to provide data mining and reporting capabilities as well as to help underwriters in their underwriting decisions.
