US-based chef-inspired pizza chain zpizza has launched a new offering - Roasted Tomato and Pesto pizza - just in time for Spring 2013.
The new Roasted Tomato and Pesto features charred sweet tomatoes, classic pesto sauce and mozzarella topped with fresh basil, said the company.
This new offering, which made with 100% organic wheat flour, will complement the zpizza's existing pizza range. zpizza offers 22 signature style pizzas, including Napoli, Provence,Tuscan, Berkeley Vegan and ZBQ.
Commenting on the launch zpizza founder Sid Fanarof said that the company has launched the new Roasted Tomato Pesto pizza in order to provide a healthy alternative to traditional pizzas recipes.
Roasted Tomato and Pesto pizza will be available for dine in, carry-out and delivery at participating locations beginning 1 April 2013.
Zpizza offers artisan pizzas, rusticas, pastas, calzones, sandwiches and salads that are made with all-natural and organic ingredients with gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan options. It uses part-skim mozzarella from Wisconsin, certified- organic tomato sauce, all-natural pepperoni, additive-free sausage, and fresh produce.
