German carmaker Opel is planning to unveil the ADAM R2 along with its other vehicles at the upcoming Geneva Motor Show to be held in Switzerland from 07-17 March 2013.
The car is a Rally Cup version of the ADAM and will be powered by the 1.6L ECOTEC 16V engine that generates output of 136kW/185hp and torque of 190nm.
Features of the vehicle will include an adjustable chassis set-up with asphalt and gravel settings, a braking system with a hydraulic 'fly-off' handbrake, Brembo 4-piston front brake calipers and braking pressure regulation for the rear axle.
The cars will be available with HANS-compatible SPARCO Competition racing seats, LCD gear indicator, control light and MONIT trip computer, a central control panel, a map reading light and an electric fire extinguisher.
Other products of the company that will be launched at the motor show include four-seat Cascada convertible, the crossover concept ADAM ROCKS, Zafira Tourer van with the 1.6 CDTI ECOTEC engine and the ADAM IntelliLink with Siri Eyes Free voice recognition.
