The upscale Brazilian steakhouse, Texas de Brazil, has opened new location in Huntsville, Alabama.
The new 8,100ft2 restaurant, located in Bridge Street Town Centre, features a chef's table, an open-view grill in the dining area, one private dining room and a bar/lounge area. The space accommodates 250 guests and will also offer outdoor patio dining.
"We are thrilled to bring another Texas de Brazil to Alabama," stated Salim Asrawi, Chief Operating Officer. "We've received a lot of positive feedback from the Birmingham restaurant that opened last year and hope this new location is also a big hit among the residents of Huntsville."
The steakhouse's menu boasts 16 cuts of beef, lamb, pork, chicken and sausage, which are prepared in the traditional Brazilian method - over an open flame - and carved tableside by the restaurant's gauchos. The concept comes to life through the illustrious red and green cards, which guests use to indicate when they'd like to sample more cuts of meat, or when they need to take a break. In addition, diners can also help themselves to the fresh gourmet salad area, which features more than 50 delicious items, such as imported cheeses, charcuterie, Brazilian black beans, roasted vegetables and the creamy lobster bisque. The dining experience is also enhanced by the extensive award-winning wine list, rich in South American varietals.
