HMM and Grundfos Have Decided to Formalize Their Collaboration

Hyflux and Grundfos enter strategic partnership for the development of Standardized UF membrane-based sub-systems for industrial use.

Hyflux Membrane Manufacturing (S) Pte Ltd (HMM), the membrane manufacturing arm of integrated water solutions company Hyflux Ltd and Grundfos Holding A/S (Grundfos), one of the world?s leading pump manufacturers, are putting their knowledge and expertise together to develop a standardized ultrafiltration (UF) membrane-based sub-system for the treatment of surface and ground water.

The collaboration will enable both companies to expand their current solution offerings to include the supply of standardized UF sub-systems to system builders and OEMs.

Both companies will harness their leading positions in their respective fields such as in the design and supply of advanced turnkey solutions for water treatment, pumping, sensoring and controlling, in the development of the UF sub-system. The system will be able to handle different types of feed water.

HMM and Grundfos have decided to formalize their collaboration after a joint period of conceptualization work and initial test phases.
