Blue Pacific Flavors is set to introduce new natural, organic and non-GMO whole food and fruit flavors and plant based ingredients sourced from California farms which will be showcased at IFT2013 event.
The company will demonstrate finished applications of its new Farm Stand Whole Fruit Flavors and PurePlant and SimplyOat plant-based ingredients portfolios.
Blue Pacific's Farm Stand Whole Fruit Flavors incorporate natural fruit extractives and essences created through partnerships with local California growers and fruit juice processors. The new line of plant-based ingredients includes PurePlant trace plant minerals and whole grain oat paste flavor ingredients.
The products include Farm Stand Whole Fruit Flavors Harvest Red Peach Tea, Farm Stand Whole Fruit Flavors Watermelon, Farm Stand Whole Fruit Flavors Mango Agua Fresc, Farm Stand Whole Fruit Flavors Strawberry Rhubarb Agua Frescoo, Farm Stand Whole Fruit Flavors Light Pomegranate Water.
Also Old-Fashioned Non-Dairy Whole Grain Oat Milk, Sonoma Farms Non-Alcoholic Cabernet Sorbet, Sparkling Apple Cider Vinegar and Ancient Grains Soft Fruits & Nuts Nutrition Bar.
