Complete Office Supplies has launched a new print services division under the name COS Managed Services.
The new unit has been established in association with First Rock Consulting, a specialised managed print service company.
"This division is the result of a long-standing collaboration between COS and First
Rock Consulting pursuant to the vision of extending our commitment to continually reduce cost in the procurement of workplace supplies and services for organisations across Australia," said COS Managed Services CEO Mitchell Filby.
"CMS is the realisation of extensive market observation, industry forecasting and listening to clients'needs for a better solution to their printing and imaging needs," he said.
"With a diverse client base of more than 4000 businesses, inclusive of commercial industries, local, state and federal government bodies and educational
institutions, CMS offers a high potential market penetration that leverages on the existing efficiencies realised through a tailored service offering and general supply maturity," Filby added.
CMS' services cover hardware, supplies, maintenance, fleet management, imaging workflow and finance options.
Complete Office Supplies is Australia's largest privately-owned office products supplier.
