Privately owned juice firm Old Orchard Brands has launched a new line of organic, non-GMO 100% juice blends.
The company's shelf-stable Organic 100% Juice is offered in four kid-friendly flavors, including Apple, Apple Cherry, Peach Mango and Wild Berry.
Each 64-ounce bottle offers eight, 8-ounce servings with a suggested retail price of $3.49.
The 12-ounce frozen Organic 100% Juice concentrates, which are available in Apple and Peach Mango, have a suggested retail price of $2.49.
The Michigan-based fruit juice maker claims that all varieties of Old Orchard Organic 100% Juice have been certified by the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and verified by The Non-GMO project, a non-profit organisation established to provide non-GMO labelling for products produced under its standards.
Old Orchard says that it follows rigorous best practices to avoid genetically modified organism (GMO) ingredients in its products. Apart from this, it claims to have not added additional sugars, flavours, colours and preservatives in its new products.
This line-up of organic juices will add to the already existing portfolio of more than 40 frozen concentrates and 60 varieties of bottled fruit juices and juice drinks.
Old Orchard marketing vice president Kevin Miller said: "It's important that we provide the very best quality to our customers, but we must also ensure our products are accessible to all families, including those on a budget.
"Our customers have told us they struggle to find organic and Non-GMO certified foods in their most frequently purchased household grocery products. This new line combines the best quality ingredients with great taste and affordability.
“In doing so, we offer new access for budget-conscious consumers interested in shopping organic and better-for-you foods."
