Wells Food Processing has closed the acquisition of a food processing plant in Wells, Minnesota, US from Pioneer Bank of Mankato.
The new ownership is currently in the process of evaluating the best way to commission the facility located at 115 North Broadway, Wells, Minnesota.
Wells Food Processing is presently pursuing options on how the plant can be utilised to the core. It is planning to immediately hire contractors and personnel necessary to clean, maintain, and evaluate facility capabilities.
Decisions regarding plant opening date, staffing, or markets to be served have not been considered yet.
