The premium brand Hansgrohe premiered at this year’s LivingKitchen trade fair in Cologne, for the first time presenting its new sink combinations to a broader public. Innovative controls, high quality stainless steel sinks and components that have been perfectly thought out were on display, down to the base cabinet, form convenient and complete units.
This new product line was a success with industry professionals and end consumers and opened at the trade fair with the “Kitchen Innovation of the Year 2017” award for its new C71 sink combinations. Numerous visitors experienced Hansgrohe’s innovations first hand at the brand’s stand in hall 5.2.
As part of their “Water in the Household” project week, Michelin-star chef Sybille Schonberger helped young chefs from the Max and Moritz primary school in Menden prepare healthy dishes, washing the fruit and vegetables, pots and pans in the new hansgrohe sink.
The afternoons belonged to well-known bloggers from the lifestyle and mommy/daddy blogging scenes, such as Daddylicious and Beauty Mami. Together with visitors to the stand, they whipped up tasty smoothies and tested how well the operating concept of the new Hansgrohe sink combinations integrates into the workflow of the kitchen.
Christian Steinberg, Managing Director of Hansgrohe Germany, commented, “We are delighted that our presentation at the trade fair was so well received by both industry professionals and end consumers. The events and the stand design encouraged visitors to try out our products. We showed that our sink combinations make everyday tasks in the kitchen more fun and convenient. Visitors were especially enthusiastic about the innovative Hansgrohe hose box, which stows the hose of the pull-out spray in a flat housing in the base cabinet, thus preventing waste bins from hitting the hose. The trade fair was also a successful start in positioning ourselves more broadly on the kitchen market as a premium brand with outstanding product design and consumer-oriented functionality.”
