Air Techniques, a manufacturer of dental equipments, has named John Scott as the company's new president.
Scott, who has seven years of experience in the dental industry, recently served at Air Techniques as vice president of sales and marketing.
Scott has been an active member and counsel chairman of the Dental Trade Alliance, exhibit advisory committee member of the American Dental Association, and member of the corporate council for the American Dental Education Association.
Durr Dental CEO Martin Durrstein said John's management style will complement Air Techniques' approach in involving all team members and ensuring that the company's branding message is consistent.
Air Techniques president John Scott said he understands the value of the company's relationships with dental partners, and is looking forward to develop products and programs to help grow new business.
"It is important to maintain the leadership that Air Techniques holds in the large equipment categories, while expanding our product portfolio domestically and internationally," Scott added.
"We will also look to increase our presence in dental universities."
