Indorama Ventures received both the prestigious Board of the Year and Audit Committee of the Year awards at the 2013 Institute of Directors Award night at the Shangri-La Hotel. on 27 November.
The awards were organized by the Thai Institute of Directors Association in collaboration with The Stock Exchange of Thailand, Board of Trade of Thailand, The Federation of Thai Industries, The Thai Bankers’ Association, Thai Listed Companies Association, and Federation of Thai Capital Market Organizations.
The awards were given as an acknowledgement of the terrific work put into establishing and implementing good corporate governance by the Board and the Audit Committee over the past year. Indorama Ventures has only been listed in the Stock Exchange of Thailand since February 2010.
