Lexus, the luxury vehicle division of Japanese automaker Toyota Motor, has revealed its Lexus RC 350 with performance and designing enhancement.
RC 350 is powered by 3.5-liter V6 engine capable of producing 306 horsepower and pumping 277 lb.-ft of torque.
It also features intelligent dual variable valve timing (VVT-i) and Lexus D-4S system of direct and port fuel injection which makes the car more fuel efficient and helps cut down emission.
The car has eight-speed Sports Program Direct Shift (SPDS) transmission that provides drivers to select from three drive option: NORMAL, SPORT and MANUAL (M).
Based on the next generation IS sport sedan, the platform of RC provides improved performance and handling.
Lexus has used new manufacturing techniques to make the car more rigid and look sporty at the same time.
It has increased the enlarged rocker cross section to provide better control, along with radiator support, tunnel brace, and A-brace to make the car more rigid.
The new car will be available in 18- and 19-inch alloy wheels that are designed to provide all weather drive.
For the safety of the passengers Lexus has added a total of eight airbags to the RC 350 and it also features Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) systems, and Pre-Collision Systems (PCS) which is capable of detecting potential collision.
