The merger of Delta's solar subsidiary, DelSolar, and Neo Solar Power (NSP) is expected to be completed in May-June, according to Yancey Hai, chairman of Delta Electronics.
The industry is optimistic about 2013 and Delta predicts the firm will achieve a double-digit growth.
According to Bruce Cheng, company founder, the projector business accounted for 7% of total Delta revenues in 2012 and the firm expects to become the top company in the world providing large-size high-end projector solutions in 2013.
Delta aims to continue expanding its green energy business and branding. In addition, the firm believes the LED lighting market will show strong growth in 2013.
