Taiwan-based solar cell maker Neo Solar Power (NSP) has reported 2012 consolidated revenues of NT$12.241 billion (US$414 million). Due to falling average selling prices (ASPs) and loss from long-term supply contracts, 2012 net loss reached NT$4.193 billion, it said.
According to the firm, despite the record sales of NT$12.241 billion for the year, gross margin was negative 26%.
NSP reported consolidated revenues of NT$820 million for January 2013, representing an on-month growth of 3.12% but an on-year decrease of 4.43%.
