Twin City Foods Is Set to Expand Its Plant in The City of Pasco, Washington

Twin City Foods, a US-based food processing company, is set to expand its plant in the city of Pasco, Washington.

As part of the 32,000ft2 expansion, the company will add a general warehouse for storage of packing materials, parts storage as well as a maintenance shop, reports the tri-cityherald.com.

The cost of the expansion is anticipated to be $1.7m and will be completed in mid-June.

Commenting on the expansion, Twin City Foods chief of operations Mick Lovgreen said that the new warehouse will be used only for the purpose of storing and not for processing. This addition will complement the plant's storage capacity.

Twin City Foods grows, processes and freezes five major vegetables: green peas, sweet corn, carrots, green beans and baby lima beans. It has four processing plants in Washington and Michigan. The company has four processing plants in Washington and Michigan.
