Singapore-based packaging company, Dynapack Asia has completed the acquisition of Malaysian injection molded plastic products manufacturer Viscount Plastics.
Dynapack chief executive Tony Hambali said the company, which is planning various acquisition opportunities in Malaysia, has more growth targets to deliver through further acquisitions and organic growth.
"We are confident that Dynapack can further enhance this reputation by investing and upgrading the business to provide our customers with access to cutting edge innovation and technology," Hambali said.
The parties have not disclosed the transaction value.
Viscount Plastics manufactures rigid plastic containers, food packaging, plastic materials handling and lubricant packaging.
