Weetabix Breakfast Brand Given Consumer Stamp of Approval

The nation's biggest breakfast cereal brand Weetabix is kicking off the New Year with a flying start, after taking first place in the cereal category at this year's Product of the Year awards; for new product Weetabix Protein Crunch.

Product of the Year (POY) is the world's largest consumer-voted award for product innovation and operates in over 40 countries around the world with the purpose of guiding consumers to the best products in their market, rewarding manufacturers for quality and innovation in their sector. POY is awarded to consumer packed products across a series of specific categories including food, beverages, personal care and household etc.

Weetabix Protein Crunch has been developed specifically to satisfy consumer demand for a great tasting, nutritious high protein breakfast and receiving such a highly recognised and sought-after accolade, further cements the brands credentials in the eyes of the consumer.

Weetabix Protein Crunch is aimed at consumers who have a healthy and active lifestyle and understand the need to start the day with a balanced breakfast to power them through busy mornings.
