Fujitsu Was Awarded a Five-Year Contract Worth Approximately $67 Million

THE Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade has awarded Fujitsu a five-year contract worth approximately $67 million as it looks to a new platform for issuing passports.

DFAT chief information officer Tuan Dao said the existing system was coming to the end of its design life and had to be replaced to cope with high demand for the travel document.
