Overlack Furniertechnik and Ukspron,both formerly subsidiaries of Overlack Holding,have been sold in the framework of separate management buyouts(MBO).The buyer of the Czech subsidiary is the management team headed by the present manager Mario Reiss and an undisclosed investor.The Ukrainian works has been sold to the Ukrainian management led by the existing general director Franticek Paztor.Talks on the future of the distributor Overlack Furniere Polska are still underway with potential buyers.The German company Overlack Furniere had already ceased trading in mid-November last year.
