Packaging supplies company in the UK Davpack has announced a new addition to its range of anti static packaging products.
The new polythene bags that are available in clear or black plastic and black plastic tubing offer a protection to electronic products such as circuit boards, graphics cards and hard disk drives.
According to the company, anti static or conductive packaging works on the principle of a Faraday cage, which redistributes the electrical charges to cancel their effect on the pack inner side.
The poly bags join other anti static packaging materials stocked and supplied by the company, which include bubble wrap, bubble bags, transit packs, foam boxes and component boxes.
