NOW Foods, a US-based family-owned natural products producer, is set to introduce new baking mixes under its Living Now allergy-friendly foods line.
The baking mixes, which will be available in early 2014, include Gluten-Free Banana Chocolate Chip Bread and Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies, Gluten-Free Brownie Mix, Gluten-Free Baking Mix, and Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour.
Living Now products, made from wholesome ancient grains and flours, include Organic Amaranth, Organic Brown Rice Flour, Organic Quinoa, Tapioca Flour, and White Rice Flour. The products are non-GMO, certified gluten-free, and kosher, with many certified organic.
According to the company, these products does not contain wheat, tree nuts, peanuts, soy, dairy, eggs, fish and shellfish.
Living Now Foods are available at health food stores across the country and have a suggested retail price of $3.29 - $6.99.
