Packaging solutions provider Multi Packaging Solutions (MPS) has completed the previously announced acquisition of Scotland-based Presentation Products Group for an undisclosed amount.
Presentation Products Group specialises in supplying specialty rigid packaging and gifting products.
MPS had first announced the decision to acquire Presentation in November last year.
Presentation has its manufacturing operations in Scotland and sourcing expertise in Asia and will help MPS broaden its global infrastructure for rigid packaging.
The company offers fulfillment services for luxury packaging, gift sets, travel retail and commemorative editions and produces a range of rigid packaging styles made from paperboard, wood and other substrates that are embellished with other materials.
MPS president Dennis Kaltman said: "Presentation Products has a strong reputation for innovation and is a well-respected supplier of premium rigid boxes.
