Drinks Americas Holdings, a US-based broker for authentic Mexican craft beers, has signed a state-wide distribution deal with Tryon Distributing, a distributor of fine wines and beers in North Carolina.
As part of this deal, Tryon will distribute the Day of Dead beer from Drinks Americas across the state.
Tryon Distributing president Brad Johnston said: "We received Day Of The Dead Craft Beer on October 24th and in five sales days we had over 400 cases in over 100 accounts. We are very excited to have the brand."
Founded in 1985, Tryon Distributing is a wholesale distributor of fine domestic and import wines and beers from across the world.
The distributor serves its customers from its 92,000ft2 air conditioned distribution center and a fleet of temperature controlled trucks.
Drinks Americas currently has presence in over 32 states. All the beers offered by the company are brewed in Mexican brewery, Cerveceria Mexicana.
Mexican beer brands from the company include specialty craft beer Day of the Dead, Mexicali, Rio Bravo, Red Pig and Chili Beer.
