Symbility Solutions has inked a strategic partnership agreement with Weather Fusion to help their mutual customers view and archive hail reports directly within Symbility Mobile Claims software.
As part of the agreement, Weather Fusion will bring the industry's leading professional-grade standard for forensic weather verification capabilities to the Symbility platform.
Symbility Solutions CEO James Swayze said the company constantly looks to boost its capabilities through value-added partnerships.
Weather Fusion CEO Don Giuliano said, ''Supporting the Symbility platform allows our joint customers to maximize their efficiency when processing hail claims."
The Cincinnati Insurance Companies Claims Operations vice president, manager Gary Givler said: "Weather Fusion''s PointData hail reports, together with Symbility, enable our adjusters to quickly and efficiently process hail claims."
Symbility Solutions is a provider of cloud-based claims technology to the property and casualty insurance industry, while Weather Fusion offers of weather verification services for the insurance and construction industries.
