US-based in-store marketing firm Windsor Marketing Group (WMG) has launched new fully recyclable pallets, the deep green skid pallets at its headquarters in Suffield, Connecticut.
With the move the company expects to expand the sustainability practices at its Connecticut headquarters in the US.
The deep green skid-pallet, which is a hexacomb-based paper pallet, contains about 11% recycled material.
The new pallet has capacity to hold any weight of about 5,000lbs and is claimed to be Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) Certified.
WMG founder and CEO Kevin Armata said as part of the group's on-going sustainability effort, it is offering a fully-recyclable skid-pallet to customers.
"The application fit with our sustainability goals and with our long tradition of environmental stewardship," Armata added.
The adoption of the recyclable pallets is part of Windsor Marketing Group's sustainability philosophy, which includes the use of Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) certified along recycled paper as well as other programs.
