Kao Hsing Chang, one of the major carbon steel welding pipe manufacturers and cold roll coil re-rolling mills in Taiwan, said the company is going to sell one of its property which nearby its Kaohsiung office and it will help to earn about NT$7 million in the first quarter of next year.
In fact, Kao Hsing Chan used to be one of the major carbon steel cold roll flat re-rolling mill; however, the rising prices of hot roll raw materials have caused its prices of cold rolled coils (CRC) become less competitive in the market.
Therefore, the company’s board of directors has decided to sell their properties in order to improve the company's working capital.
