Mizhen Fluff Textile Put Its Green Cashmere Processing Plant Into Operation in China

Mizhen Fluff Textile Co. Ltd. has put its green cashmere processing plant into operation after seven months of construction in Shan Ba Industrial Park, Hangjinhouqi City, Inner Mongolia, an autonomous region in China.  

Mezhen has invested 172 million yuan for setting up of the project that boasts of most advanced equipment, including JLW-A joint cashmere carding machines that reduce the damage rate of dehaired fibre by 20 percent, while increasing productivity by 40 percent.  

The raw materials would be selected from dehaired wool produced in Xinjiang and Inner Mongolia and would be used to produce high quality dehaired cashmere top, yarn and sweaters.  

The green cashmere plant will have annual capacity to produce 500 tons of high-quality dehaired goat wool, 200 tons of cashmere top, 300 tons of worsted cashmere yarn and 300,000 metres of cashmere cloth.
