Foreign media reports said that Blackstone Group teams up with CEO and top management of Pactera Technology International Ltd., a leading consultation and outsourcing service provider, to make a privatization offer to the company, which is estimated to be worth USD 680.4 million.
The privatization offer reaches USD 7.50 per share, aiming to acquire shares that have not been held by the above offer-ors, with the acquisition price 43% higher than closing price of USD 5.26 per share recorded by Pactera Technology last Friday.
