In The Raw has unveiled Sugar In The Raw Organic White, a USDA organic certified, non-GMO verified, Eco-Social certified unbleached cane sugar.
Packed in a 24oz, re-sealable and recyclable bag, the Sugar In The Raw Organic White is claimed to be an alternative to refined white sugar. It has a suggested retail price of $3.84.
The company said that the squeezed cane juice extracted from sugar cane stalks is evaporated, crystallized and washed for a natural-white colored crystals that are not bleached and a granulation process blends, browns and dissolves easily.
In The Raw sweeteners range is manufactured by the US-based Cumberland Packaging. Other products of Cumberland's In The Raw include Sugar In The Raw, Stevia In The Raw, Monk Fruit In The Raw and Agave In The Raw.
Cumberland Packing CEO Steven Eisenstadt said, "We understand that our consumers are increasingly health and eco-conscious and we want to meet that demand by providing the best ingredients available."
