JSW ISPAT Steel Ltd announced that pursuant to the approval accorded by the Board of Directors of the Company,the location of the Registered Office of the Company has been changed from Victoria House,2nd Floor,Pandurang Budhkar Marg,Lower Parel,Mumbai 400 013 to The Enclave,5th Floor,Behind Marathe Udyog Bhavan,New Prabhadevi Road,Prabhadevi,Mumbai 400 025.
The change of situation of the Registered Office takes effect from December 27th 2012.
Therefore,the Registered Office of the Company shall be located at The Enclave,5th Floor,Behind Marathe Udyog Bhavan,New Prabhadevi Road,Prabhadevi,Mumbai 400 025.
