Art Van Furniture Is Donating 700 Twin Memory Mattress Sets to Habitat for Humanity

WARREN, Mich. — Art Van Furniture is donating 700 twin memory foam mattress sets to Habitat for Humanity - one for every Simmons Beautyrest A.C.E. mattress set the retailer sold in its stores last month.

The Top 100 company, with stores now in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and Illinois, partnered with supplier Simmons on the Mattress and Mistletoe program.

"Habitat for Humanity is committed to providing families with a home they can call their own, and we are happy to furnish state-of-the-art bedding to add even more comfort to their lives," David Van Elslander, vice president of Art Van PureSleep, said in a release.

Rene Palileo, director of fund development for Habitat for Humanity of Michigan, said the donation is "a wonderful testament to the reach and outreach Art Van Furniture has in our communities across Michigan, Fort Wayne, Toledo and Chicago," and she thanked the retailer and its customers for partnering to help the organization.

Art Van said Beautyrest A.C.E. mattresses feature the latest sleep technology and are available exclusively at Art Van PureSleep stores and departments.
