Canada-based Unifiller has launched its newly updated Dopositor,an advanced cookie dough depositor,which according to the company,optimizes the production by increasing yield,while reducing product waste and strain.
Easy to setup and clean,the Dopositor includes an integrated conveyor,parchment paper feed,75-pound hopper capacity and the ability to cut cleanly through inclusions
The company noted that the Dopositor allows cookie producers to produce up to 14,400 pieces an hour,with a 4 across die using the standard model.
Unifiller Systems product manager Martin Riis said there is a need for a versatile dough extruder in the marketplace.
