Food processing equipment supplier SPX FLOW has set up a new innovation center in Shanghai, China, to help producers create innovative dairy products and beverages.
The facility can test new product formulations to aid producers in introducing their creations to the market more quickly, thereby providing a competitive edge to their business.
SPX FLOW Innovation Center provides food and beverage manufacturers modern facilities to run trials and tests of new processes and recipes before advancing to full scale production.
The facilities will include a wide range of pilot thermal processing, mixing, dispersion, separation and other processing technologies, for food producers to set up optimal conditions and ensure that their products turn out with necessary characteristics to satisfy consumer demands.

The new center in Shanghai is supported by local and global food, beverage and technology specialists helping the company in offering improved processes for smooth production. SPX FLOW's other centers are located in Denmark and France.
