The management and staff at long-established Brisbane office supplies dealer Howard William Office National didn't take any chances when floodwaters once again threatened to inundate the West End store.
Having been badly swamped by the 2011 floods, owner Howard William rallied the troops to get as much stock off the ground as possible.
“We were much better prepared this time. Everyone pulled together and knew what to do,” William told Stationery News.
“We are very very relieved the peak wasn’t as high as expected. I didn’t want to us to go through what we did in 2011," William said. “I am very proud of our team and the way they pulled together yet again. We will continue the momentum we have been building since recovering from the 2011 flood.”
Founded in 1974, Howard William Office National is one of Brisbane’s oldest commercial stationery companies and services clients throughout south-east Queensland.
