US-based Storopack has improved the operating speed of its eco-friendly, next-generation Paperplus Chevron machine by 50%, i.e., to nearly 100 ft./min.
The machine unfolds a paper tube and processes it into flexible paper padding and packing filler.
The product take up more volume using less material.
It comes out with a better visual look of the finished protective packaging, which suits the pharmaceutical and cosmetics industry.
Paper plus Chevron is available with white kraft paper, in a bid to enhance the positive unpacking feel.
According to the company, another new feature of Paperplus Chevron is reduced paper consumption, for applications requiring a low level of cushioning performance.
This is handy while packing light products, such as medicines which may need only void-fill or top-fill.
The machine is available as a tabletop model/a mobile metal stand.
