Ohio based multi-regional dry van hauler services company, Craig Transportation has selected Rand McNally's TND 760 mobile fleet management devices to improve its services.
With the usage of TND 760 devices, Craig Transportation expects decrease in processing errors, increased driver retention, better customer service, along with an increase in the speed of information flowing throughout the organization.
Craig also operates Shuttling and spotting services that requires large amount of paperwork to be tracked and managed, but with McLeod Software and TND 760 device, Craig Transportation will be able to create custom forms for each required step.
According to Rand McNally, the forms will be activated with minimal driver intervention, and the forms can also be automatically activated using geofencing.
