Soltecal, a Colombia-based technical food solutions firm, has entered into a partnership with Urschel Laboratories, a food cutting technology firm.
Under the partnership, the company will work as an exclusive sales agent for Urschel's food processing equipment.
Soltecal provides technical food solutions in the marketing and distribution of automated food processing and packaging lines to offer its customers optimum solutions to increase productivity.
Commenting on the partnership, Urschel Laboratories Sales vice president Tim O'Brien said that Soltecal is a great addition to Urschel's global sales network.
"We welcome Soltecal and look forward to a longstanding, successful partnership with them,'' added O'Brien.
In addition, Urschel Laboratories is developing its new manufacturing and global headquarters in Chesterton.
