Cooper Tire & Rubber Company announced recently, they will build a global technology center in Findlay, Ohio, US.
Cooper Tire said the new technology center will cost about $40m construction cost in the next 5 years and it will employ 40 engineers, scientists and researchers and so on.
The new testing center will become Cooper Tire’s global tire technology and innovation center. To this building project, Ohio government has approved “Ohio Third Frontier program” and $2.8m.
At present, Cooper Tire set two regional technology centers in Melksham, UK and Shanghai, China. This new building project must be approved by the state control committee. the final result will be announced in the next few weeks.
