Tree weeks and 300,000 YouTube views after he was criticised for failing to answer repeated questions on price gouging on a visit to Australia last month, Adobe Systems global chief executive Shantanu Narayen fared only slightly better in Salt Lake City last night.
Adobe has been summonsed to appear before an Australian parliamentary inquiry on pricing on March 22 to explain why it charges several hundred dollars more in Australia for key boxed products than it does in the US. Microsoft and Apple have also been summonsed to appear.
