US-based food cutting machinery provider Urschel Laboratories has selected Soltecal as its exclusive sales agent in Bogota, Colombia.
Soltecal provides technical food solutions to amplify productivity in the marketing and distribution of automated food processing and packaging lines.
Commenting on the development, Urschel Laboratories vice president of sales of Tim O'Brien said Soltecal is a great addition to the company's global sales network.
"We welcome Soltecal and look forward to a longstanding, successful partnership with them," O'Brien said.
Established in 1910 in Valparaiso, Indiana, Urschel Laboratories has acquired about 160 acres of land in the neighboring town of Chesterton and is in the process of constructing a new facility, which will become its new manufacturing and global headquarters.
