Mazda unveiled all-new 2016 Mazda CX-3, a compact crossover SUV which is the fifth model in Mazda's line-up vehicle featuring SKYACTIV technology.
The car will be powered by SKYACTIV-G 2.0-liter gasoline engine in North America and for the rest of the world Mazda is planning to offer SKYACTIV-D 1.5-liter clean diesel engine.
The car is expected to provide all-wheel-drive system and SKYACTIV-Drive automatic transmission to improve the driving experience.
The car features i-ACTIVSENSE advanced safety feature for passenger safety and for entertainment there is the Connect infotainment system.
Mazda North American Irvine, Calif.-based Operations CEO Jim O'Sullivan said: "CX-3 complements the Mazda lineup, as it perfectly hits the target in a rapidly growing segment in the industry."
According to Mazda CX-3 is to become a core model for the company's global line-up.
