Wegmans Food Markets, a US-based retailer, has selected PAR Technology PAR EverServ SureCheck solution for food safety measurement and intelligent checklist management.
The cloud-based SureCheck system is a mobile client-based, automated solution for managing both routine and complex checklists, including Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP) and inspection programs for retail and food service organizations.
It will automate the recording of temperature checks, improve accuracy and increase operational efficiency at Wegmans.
In addition, PAR EverServ SureCheck combines a mobile application, a multi-mode wireless temperature measuring device, and a cloud-based enterprise configuration and reporting server application to automate the monitoring of quality risk factors.
